Service Designer

Strategic Reform (SR) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Designer to work in a rapidly growing team and help deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.

What we are looking for

·      Identifying and leading best practice service design approaches to research and design of new and optimised digital services.

·      Identifying opportunities to facilitate workshops to communicate, develop and design optimised services.

·      Developing appropriate visual representations and communication materials such as customer personas, journey maps and the service design blueprint.

·      Providing leadership and advice to the project and agile delivery teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products and define key aspects of a proposed user experience.

·      Identifying and leading design-led initiatives to enable the service outcomes of the program.

·      Undertaking complex analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative research activities.

·      Anticipating and establishing service enhancement priorities, including the desirability, feasibility and viability of enhancements.

·      A high degree of professionalism and passionate about supporting our customers.

·      Contribute to the SR culture and live the SR values.

·      Actively contribute to the teams you work in and deliver innovative ‘thought-leadership’ to our clients.

·      Be an Australian Citizen and hold an Australian Government Security Clearance due to the nature of our client engagements.
