Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Designer to join our clients team in Canberra.
This opportunity:
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to build world class digital services
- Work in an Agile environment
- Drive improvements to customer experiences
Technical skills:
- Design services within government
- Strong background in Human Centred Design
- Strong knowledge of design methodologies and one-on-one research methods
- Low fidelity concept and prototyping
- Strong background in design hypothesis, mapping and evaluation of success metrics
Who are you:
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrable experience and portfolio in service design
- Adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Australian Citizen
- Holds a baseline clearance or has the ability to obtain.
