About You
• Postgraduate qualification in Interaction Design, Service Design, Innovation, Human Computer Interaction highly regarded. Undergraduates with an emphasis on Human-centred Design, Psychology, Business, or relevant business experience highly regarded
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience designing experiences, products and services across multiple channels that balance user needs, business objectives and technical and commercial constraints
• Holistic and human centred approach to product and service design, from research and insight generation to concepts and tangible solutions
• Strong qualitative and quantitative design research skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including.
• Strong collaboration skills, including workshop facilitation
• Highly skilled analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Phenomenal stakeholder management skills, able to approach various business leaders and facilitate in a consultative manner
You will be a go getter, hungry for a challenging environment where you can produce and facilitate meetings, workshops and a clear vision on how to deliver recommendations on your findings.
