About You
Capabilities required to undertake the role successfully include:
- A post-secondary qualification in a human behaviour or design related field with subsequent workplace application, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and/or training.
- Demonstrated prior experience evaluating the value and impact of a current-state service, and facilitating the design of services with stakeholder groups to execute a vision and/or strategy.
- Proven experience applying established frameworks and methodologies (e.g agile, lean) when facilitating co-design sessions and prioritising the implementation of service design enhancements.

Evidence of meeting the following requirements for the role will need to be provided prior to starting:
- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
- Evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
The following requirements are desirable:
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience in digital and/or learning transformation.
- Experience in vocational education training environments.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
