Senior Service Designer (Permanent or Contractor)

Reporting to a Director of Experience Design/Lead Experience Designer, you will have responsibility and accountability for your own work, plus the work of less experienced peers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on your own unsupervised to deliver intelligent, professional and informed user-centred design solutions. Execute a full range of user experience designs methods, including (but not limited to):
- Coordination of qualitative research activities (recruitment and scheduling)
- Collation and analysis of quantitative data
- Supporting role in qualitative research activities (including moderation, note taking and synthesis)
- Supporting role in the creation of research insights and reporting/documentation
- Presentation of research findings and workshop co-facilitation
Highly recommended
- Quantitative and qualitative customer research experience
- Customer testing, (experience with built / physical spaces preferred)
- Awareness of Accessibility legislation
- Experience in Infrastructure or Government projects
