Service Designer

As the Service Designer you will make sense of the interconnected digital, physical, employee and partner experience. You will work with a diverse range of people across the business, and research with customers, to map the current state of customer experience and propose a better future.

• Uses high-level service blueprints to inform the creation of both customer journey, omni channel maps and micro-journey maps focusing on digital touchpoint experience.
• Designing holistic products and end-to-end experiences
• Communicating the future vision for a product and designing releases that iterate towards it.
• Reviews other designers work
• Plans and completes customer research
• Estimates time taken to complete work
