Your main challenges will be:

  • Position yourself as a strategic problem-solver, taking into account multiple perspectives, objectives and needs to reach the ideal solution.
  • Worrying about understanding the people you design for and making design decisions based on their needs.
  • Take a holistic view of the experience to understand the big picture while showing excellent attention to small details.
  • Contemplate all the actors involved in the investigation and the points of contact that emerge over time.
  • Collect data and insights that give shape and support to experience decisions, through research.
  • Analyze and synthesize data collected in different mapping techniques such as customer journey maps, service blueprint, experience map, stakeholder map and empathy map.
  • Lead discovery and co-creation stages through workshops.
  • Generate prototypes iteratively at different stages of the process.
  • Analyze and devise different scenarios, as well as their implications, to propose a range of solutions aligned to the client’s needs and project objectives.
  • Make the project strategy and efforts always aligned with a value proposition for the user.
  • Establish a Service Design Thinking methodology to address the design of services.
  • Generate and / or improve the guidelines and guides for each service contact point.
  • Design memorable experiences that have an impact on people’s lives.

Its main challenge is to understand and design the contact points of an experience, both online and offline, involving all the actors involved in the process to co-create comprehensive solutions.

The Service Designer’s role is technology agnostic, so its scope encompasses both digital and physical channels.

He is responsible for creating a frictionless, omnichannel, consistent, scalable, and enjoyable experience that addresses business goals and delivers real value to internal user and customer.

He must accompany the Product Designer involved within each point of contact. It contributes to decision making by advocating for the customer experience and providing an innovative and comprehensive perspective.

Its focus is aimed at designing and aligning internal processes to directly improve the experience of employees (backstage) and indirectly that of customers (frontstage).

It focuses on translating the problems of each expert in the organization into a single language. In addition, it has to generate spaces for co-creation with areas involved.

It is by definition a problem solver with strong mapping knowledge. He has skills in three main areas: research, creation and evaluation.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Experience managing Multichannel, Omnichannel and Cross Channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation.
  • Thorough knowledge of the use and application of different service design techniques such as value propositions, user journey, blueprints, testing, user personas, etc.
  • Know different research, ideation and prototyping techniques.
  • Constant updating in techniques and trends in the field, capable of sharing knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience building, presenting proposals and work plans according to the needs of the stakeholders.
  • Experience managing technologies for creating reports and reports.
  • Experience in Customer Experience Analytics.
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Have a strong understanding of user-centered design.
