📢 We’re looking for a Service Designer 📢
At Nonconformist, we are a digital experiences and products agency.
We focus on human-centered design, with a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the entire value creation process. We combine design, data, growth, and technology to transform businesses, providing end-to-end solutions that directly impact the user experience.
We’re looking for a Service Designer to join our Buenos Aires studio. You must live in Buenos Aires or the surrounding area.
⚙️ And specifically, this is what you’ll do:
- Design strategies for digital products and omnichannel experiences using agile methodologies and user-centered design practices.
- Establish the work process and dynamics appropriate to the specific needs of the project.
- Communicate ideas and concepts verbally and visually, through the creation of deliverables such as presentations, user journeys, personas, and more.
- Conduct research tasks such as interviews, co-creation sessions, etc., with both users and stakeholders.
- Use your critical and analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Work with service mapping and strategic proposition techniques (such as service blueprints, business model canvas, value proposition canvas).
- Carry out the design and reengineering of work processes in conjunction with different areas of an organization.
- Establish agreements with business area leaders.
- Document processes, workflows, communication, etc.
- Facilitate and design strategic design workshop dynamics with clients (workshops).
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
💡 For that, we need you to have experience in…
- Service Design with at least three years of experience in design studios or consulting, working on products and clients with significant impact in the Finance and Payments sectors.
- Projects for the creation or improvement of digital services or products, working in multidisciplinary teams and meeting established objectives and deadlines.
- Project coordination, working with other disciplines, such as development or data.
- Anticipating and synthesizing the needs of both customers and business and technology teams.
- Conducting research tasks with users and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops by adapting your presentation to the participants’ objectives or backgrounds.
- Handling tools to map the experience and identify critical points in the process.
- Conceptualization of ideas into creative and actionable design proposals within the context of the project.
- Defining and conveying the value proposition of a new service in a convincing manner.
- Handling tools to make high-impact presentations.
