🎯 The challenge
We are looking for a generalist Service Designer with end-to-end analytical skills and the ability to work within existing structures, engage with multiple stakeholders, and achieve concrete progress while remaining focused on the user experience, supporting the improvement of digital and service experiences. The client you will be working for is in the banking sector and has an in-person work schedule of three times a week at their office in Puerto Madero, so you must live in or near Buenos Aires.
⚙️ What are you going to do on a daily basis?
- Design and improve digital and service experiences , considering multiple channels, actors, and constraints.
- Actively participate in discovery processes, research with users and internal stakeholders.
- Translate insights into actionable, prioritized, and viable proposals.
- Design and maintain journeys, service blueprints, flows and experience artifacts, geared towards decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and work dynamics, adapting the approach according to the context, objectives and profiles involved.
- Working together with business, technology and CX teams, establishing clear and sustainable agreements.
- Document processes, decisions, and learning in a clear, accessible, and useful way for the team.
- To accompany the evolution of design processes without imposing rigid frameworks when the context does not allow it.
đź§ What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in service design, product design or UX in real-world contexts (consulting, banking, fintech, large companies).
- Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders, including business and technology profiles.
- Ability to prioritize, negotiate and make decisions, even in tense or ambiguous scenarios.
- Experience in applied research (interviews, testing, co-creation).
- Knowledge and handling of design and mapping tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro or others).
- Ability to translate complex concepts into concrete actions.
- Autonomy to organize your work and sustain it over time.
- Working in interdisciplinary teams with multiple perspectives.

- Previous experience in banking, fintech, insurance or regulated services.
- Systemic perspective and ability to read the organizational context.
- Ability to generate impact without needing to be the center of attention.
- People who understand that change is gradual, not immediate.
