About the job
By assuming the position of Service Designer at our Logistica La Serenísima site, located in Gral Rodríguez, you will have the challenge of designing the experience, interactions and contact points of different types of users who operate the platform from the front and from the back.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Design new processes or redesign current processes. This involves creating spaces and work sessions to generate agreements and decisions between areas.
- Understand and interpret business processes and data across the organization.
Translate informal processes into formal processes. - Participate in the creation of user stories together with the rest of the project team.
- Conduct user research in conjunction with the UX Designer role for the team’s digital products.
- Perform the analysis and design of business processes, especially those related to digital products, with the aim of improving the user experience.
- Map and document the flow of processes to ensure a clear and detailed understanding of how they work
- Collaborate on digital projects by identifying points for improvement in existing processes.

About you
- Academic training: Professional graduate in Digital Marketing, Systems or similar
- MVP Mindset
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product frameworks.
- Experience creating user journeys, journey maps, and service blueprints to identify key stakeholders, pain points, stages, and milestones over time.
- Knowledge of technology and experience in B2B ecommerce.

Experience in IT areas
Knowledge in Functional Analysis
Experience in conducting in-depth research interviews with real users
Ability to translate findings and insights identified during research into the creation of user archetypes, empathy maps, among other tools.
Teamwork skills, ability to synthesize, analytical capacity, proactivity, results-orientation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management skills, autonomy at work, and the ability to operate successfully in challenging environments.
