Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you will join our Experience Team, shaping services and experiences that bring our clients’ ambitions to life through human insight and creative thinking. Your work will span from research and journey mapping to strategy and concept development, creating holistic brand experiences.

Beyond your skills, you are curious about your craft and enjoy developing your perspective as a designer. You thrive as part of a team, working closely with clients and colleagues across disciplines, while being equally comfortable taking ownership and moving your work forward independently.

What you will do

• Frame challenges using design thinking
• Plan and conduct qualitative research, and make sense of quantitative data
• Create journey maps and other service design outputs
• Facilitate workshops that bring together clients and cross-functional teams
• Define experience strategies and design future journeys and service concepts across digital, physical and human touchpoints
• Communicate your work and craft to clients and colleagues with clarity and confidence

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of service design experience from an agency, consultancy or similar
• A strong understanding of service design methods and when to use them
• Proven practice in qualitative research and a human-centred design approach
• The ability to turn insights into clear opportunities
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting work to clients and stakeholders
• Solid conceptual skills
• A natural collaborator who enjoys working with people across strategy, creative, design and development
• Experience with, or a profound interest in AI, and how it can enhance your service design practice
• Fluent English and strong Danish reading, writing and comprehension skills are required

Working in Copenhagen

This role is based in our Copenhagen office, and we expect you to be here most of the time. If you’re relocating, we can accommodate a short remote transition period, but the long-term setup is in person. The role and level of seniority will be shaped by your experience and expertise.

Clients

We work with ambitious clients, including HTH, the Danish Defence, Gjensidige, NRGi, McDonald’s, HBO, Nordea, Danbolig and many others.
