Service Designer / UX Researcher

We are seeking a Service Designer to manage and coordinate user-centered planning, exploration, ideation, and evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation and improvement of products, services, and environments, aligning user needs with business objectives, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.

Conduct SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement

Map processes, user tasks, and pain points using tools such as JBTD and flowcharts

Develop User Journeys, Experience Maps, and Service Blueprints to define service strategies and ecosystems

Facilitate co-creation and ideation sessions using canvas, evaluation matrices and design criteria (MoSCoW, MAYA)
-
Create narratives, storyboards, and prototypes of concepts and services
-
Design and document service offerings, business models, and implementation roadmaps
-
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
-
Plan and execute usability tests to evaluate and improve products
-
Develop user profiles using shadowing, focus groups, diary studies, and role-playing

Coordinate with multiple areas to develop comprehensive design proposals

Presenting results, estimating efforts, and establishing project design stages

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams
-
Experience in service design, UX research, or similar roles

Knowledge of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)

Experience in creating stakeholder maps, problem statements, and ecosystem maps

Experience in planning and executing usability tests

Knowledge of collaborative design tools (Figma, Miro, Mural, FigJam)

Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms)
-
Experience with research tools (Optimal Workshop, Maze, Hotjar)

Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive proposals

Experience in coaching and innovation/operations management

Knowledge of organizational strategy and brand development

Experience in data visualization and dashboard design

Knowledge in skills mapping and organizational culture
