Service Designer 

Your tasks

You will perform tasks in the area of ​​service and product design, including service and fee development. You will be responsible for service definition, service planning, and service costing. You will commission the operational departments to implement these tasks in accordance with the cost and service level specifications defined in the service agreement. You will act as a central communication interface with requirements, customer, architecture, project, and procurement management. You will be responsible for the central, tool-supported, and workflow-based administration of the IT.N service and fee schedule. You will ensure the conformity of IT services with the IT.N architecture model. You will coordinate the services of external service providers, insofar as these are provided within the framework of projects.

Your profile

–   You have a relevant completed university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in computer science or another IT-related field or

–    You have at least four years of relevant professional experience in IT

Furthermore, the following skills are desirable

Experience in managing significant services

Knowledge   of the regulations and decrees in the areas of data protection and information security

Knowledge   of project and process management as well as service level management and practical experience in this area and/or in leading projects.

They also possess the following personal qualifications:
