Service Designer

🎯 Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
• Map user journeys, service blueprints, and system interactions to identify pain points and opportunities
• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Translate complex service systems into clear, actionable design solutions and prototypes
• Improve service efficiency, accessibility, and overall user experience
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Define service design principles, standards, and experience guidelines

✅ Requirements

• Experience in service design, UX design, interaction design, or experience design roles
• Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design, and systems thinking
• Ability to create journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, FigJam, or similar)
• Strong research, synthesis, and storytelling skills
• Ability to communicate complex systems clearly to stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
• Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
• Fluent in English

• Experience in government, healthcare, fintech, or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with agile product development processes
• Background in psychology, HCI, design, or related fields
• Experience running design sprints or co-creation workshops
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
