Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or technical graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Service Designer.
- Practical experience in mapping experiences and creating service prototypes to illustrate and validate solutions (Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, Storyboards, Role Play, among others).
- Advanced knowledge of Service Design methodologies, including Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Mapping, and Service Ecosystems.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to synthesize actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end (omnichannel) journeys.
- Connect channels, processes, and people.
- Identify service breakdowns.
- Optimize backstage and operations.
- Establish service standards.
- Align experience with business goals.
