Service Designer

Summary: As a Service Designer, you will drive a human-centered design process across all project phases from framing the service to its implementation. Your typical day will involve conducting ethnographic research to identify user needs, interpreting and synthesizing human insights, and balancing them against strategic business, technical, and brand inputs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the design solutions are not only innovative but also practical and aligned with the overall objectives of the organization. Engaging with team members and facilitating discussions will be key components of your role, as you work to create impactful service experiences that resonate with users and meet business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME. – Collaborate and manage the team to perform. – Responsible for team decisions. – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. – Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions. – Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of service design. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Creative Design. – Experience with user research methodologies and techniques. – Strong understanding of service design principles and practices. – Ability to create user personas and journey maps. – Familiarity with design thinking frameworks and tools. Additional Information: – The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Creative Design. – This position is based at our Bengaluru office. – A 15 years full time education is required.
