You will become part of Norway’s largest in-house design environment, with specialists in service and product design, as well as design research and universal design. We want all our designers to continue developing, so we set aside time to work on competence building and professional growth together. The design section and technology department have several forums for knowledge sharing that our employees actively use, both through physical and digital participation. For example, we have Design Thursday, where the entire design section meets to share ongoing work and exchange experiences.

In the directorate, there is also a wide range of social activities, from corporate sports teams and a gym to purely social events such as Afterwork and Young in NAV.S
