In Bogotá, we are looking for a Service Designer to help us identify and propose improvements to the organization’s digital services and processes, understanding the needs of internal and external clients, and connecting teams, technology, and operations to deliver coherent and consistent experiences in physical and digital environments.
* What you will do:
1. Define the scope of the research needed for the service design, focusing on the
omnichannel and the backstage.
2. Define the architecture of a digital ecosystem that connects all touchpoints and channels (web, app,
Physical points, contact center, etc.).
3. Lead ideation and co-creation spaces with teams from different processes to generate
innovative and scalable solutions, through the defined methodologies.
4. Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to iterate and refine the service design.
• What we need from you:
Final-year student and/or professional in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Two years of experience in roles such as Service Design and/or Customer Experience, and/or Innovation and/or Digital Transformation. Proven experience in creating Service Blueprints, Customer Journeys, and aligning internal processes (backstage).
