Service Designer 

NEXTON is recruiting a Service Designer (M/F) on a permanent contract in Paris!

Your future work environment: 

You will be working as a Service Designer on assignment at one of our clients.

Your tasks: 

• Exploration & Research: You conduct audits, interviews and field observations to understand the real needs (and not just those that are on the brief).
• Service Mapping: You create detailed User Journeys and Service Blueprints . You make the invisible visible: touchpoints, internal processes, and moments of truth.
• Co-creation workshops: You are the conductor. You facilitate workshops with stakeholders to generate innovative and aligned solutions.
• Service prototyping: You don’t stay in theory. You design prototypes (physical, digital or organizational) to quickly test your hypotheses.
• Support & Feedback: You participate in regular meetings with the project team to present your progress, gather feedback and adjust the trajectory.

• Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. You have already worked in complex environments (agencies or large companies).
• Key skills: You have a thorough understanding of Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies.
• Tools & Deliverables: FigJam, Miro, or LucidChart are your best friends for structuring your thoughts. Your documentation is clear, visual, and actionable.
