Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer who is passionate about future trends and innovation. In this role, you will track and analyze macro-environmental changes, identify emerging opportunities, and connect industry insights with design to drive innovation and strategic applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Explore Business Opportunities
1. Research industry trends, target users, and competitive landscape
2.Propose forward-looking product and service design strategies
· Drive User Insights
1.Plan and conduct user research
2.Translate user needs into clear and actionable design directions
· Analyze Market Intelligence
1.Integrate market research, industry data, and professional reports
2.Extract key insights that can inform and drive business and design strategies
· Lead Service Design
1.Support planning of integrated hardware–software solutions
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end service experiences
· Shape Product Positioning
1.Clarify product value propositions
2.Embed design strategies into the product development process to support the group’s strategic transformation
Requirements
1.3+ years of experience in industry research, strategy planning, market analysis, or related fields
2.Strong skills in data collection, quantitative/qualitative analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to derive insights from data
3.Experience in product planning or related project management, with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
4.Familiarity with service design methodologies, and the ability to translate user needs into concrete design proposals
