Service Designer

About the band

Join the CX team in the Business Client Services division and co-create services that truly support business growth. At our bank, we design solutions that simplify the lives of entrepreneurs – from micro-enterprises to large organizations. We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to co-create products and services for business clients.

Your tasks:

• you run end-to-end service design projects in collaboration with product teams, UX researchers, and technology teams
• you design and optimize services and corporate customer journeys, taking into account the specifics of individual company segments
• you collaborate with the research department in defining problems, analyzing insights, and translating research results into design solutions
• you create experience maps, service blueprints, process concepts and service prototypes
• you design, prepare and conduct workshops at various stages of the design process: discovery, strategy, ideation, co-creation
• you define business, technological and functional requirements
• you support implementations and monitor the effects of introduced changes
• you take part in initiatives related to the transformation of corporate customer service processes
• you ensure the consistency of the CX experience and compliance of solutions with organizational regulations and standards

Our expectations

• you have at least 5 years of experience in the area of ​​Service Design in sectors with a complex nature of services and organizations
• you have an interesting portfolio of projects confirming your Service Designer competences
• you have confirmed competences as a workshop facilitator
• you have an expert level in agile methodologies
• you benefit from a rich toolbox
• you have the ability to present complex issues in a friendly and engaging way, tailored to the needs of a diverse audience
• you have knowledge of useful tools such as Mural, Miro, Figma/Figjam
