Who are we looking for?
The selected person must have a university degree: Engineering, Computer Science or similar, and have experience as a Service Designer, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
We are looking for profiles with experience in the end-to-end development of digital solutions based on relevant business problems
We are looking for individuals with a strong focus on internal customer service, a high level of execution, self-development, and strategic vision. A minimum B2 level of English is required.
What will you have to do?
Contribute, collaborate and participate in the creation and design of projects focused on user experience.
Some of the more specific functions of Service Designer
Contribute to the implementation of agile methodologies within Reale’s teams, organizing and leading dynamics based on Design Thinking and Scrum, under the framework defined by Reale Group
Lean/Design Thinking and Agile work methodologies
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, data analysis, etc.) with business and technology to understand their business challenges and opportunities and help identify and prioritize their short and long-term goals.
Design clear and effective processes, covering all points of contact with the insurer (from policy contracting to claims management, regulatory, organizational scope…) and related new businesses (services, insurtech…).
Design Thinking skills and UCD approach
Participate in the design and implementation of technological tools that improve the customer experience (applications, chatbots, self-service portals).
Create prototypes or testing mechanisms for new services or processes and test them with end users to validate their effectiveness.
Analyze competitors and trends in the insurance sector to identify opportunities for differentiation.
To ensure the correct transfer of all conclusions drawn in the definition phase to the execution stage, participating in the initial stages of implementation.
Define and design the functional requirements, together with Business and Technology, of the Transformation initiatives using Design Thinking.
