About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Service Designer to lead the design and delivery of intelligent, human-centered services powered by AI and data.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between product teams and business stakeholders, translating complex challenges into service opportunities that drive efficiency, engagement, and innovation. You’ll combine deep design research skills with systems thinking and a strong understanding of how emerging technologies can reshape user experiences and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct design research (interviews, observations, workshops) in Arabic and English to uncover user needs and service pain points.
- Map current-state user journeys and service blueprints, highlighting key processes, touchpoints, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to co-design future-state blueprints enhanced by AI and automation.
- Facilitate co-creation sessions, workshops, and design sprints to align teams and validate service concepts.
- Translate research insights into clear artefacts and documentation that inform product strategy and implementation.
- Identify and recommend opportunities where AI capabilities — such as automation, conversational interfaces, or predictive insights — can add measurable value.
- Support the standardization of service design frameworks and practices across the organization.
- Promote a human-centered, data-informed, and AI-aware design culture that bridges strategy and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Service Design, Design Research, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service design, ideally within digital transformation, consulting, or AI product environments.
- Proven ability to map complex systems and multi-stakeholder journeys.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication and facilitation skills in both languages.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or Smaply for mapping, research synthesis, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (designers, data scientists, engineers, product managers).
- Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, automation, predictive analytics, intelligent assistants) and their impact on service design.

- Strong systems-thinking mindset, connecting user needs with business goals and technology capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous and evolving problem spaces.
- Passionate about designing AI-powered services that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Language Requirement
Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native) and English is mandatory.
