Your role
Do you want to be part of our UX team and shape user experiences that truly set the standard for the future? We are now looking for a driven Service Designer & User Researcher who, together with us, wants to create innovative solutions at the forefront.
In this role, you will work with complex services and design solutions that work seamlessly across multiple channels and touchpoints with a focus on the holistic experience. You will be part of a small, cross-functional UX team that combines strategic thinking with strong craftsmanship. The team acts as a bridge between users, development and business, driving innovation through research, prototyping and visual design.
Together you create a unified expression for our entire product portfolio and lay the foundation for something that can become a guide for the entire organization!
Your work will consist of:
- Plan and conduct qualitative user research through interviews, observations and surveys to understand needs, behaviors and drivers.
- Transform insights into clear and well-structured reports, customer journeys and service blueprints.
- Create visual mockups and prototypes that quickly test and communicate ideas.
- Lead and facilitate workshops where you engage teams and stakeholders in co-creation and prioritization.
The role involves travel within Sweden. The position is located in Solna.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is driven by a deep understanding of people and who can transform insights into solutions that make a difference. You are curious, proactive and have a natural ability to switch between the strategic perspective and practical implementation.
We would like to see that you have had different types of roles and assignments, and thrive in environments where you need to be flexible and solution-focused. Perhaps you have a background in industrial design, cognitive science, UX or service design, but most importantly, you have a strong interest in user-centeredness, visualization and co-creation.
We also believe that you:
- Has the ability to take the lead on interviews, tests and research – from planning to analysis and presentation.
- Creates clear, visual evidence that helps both the team and decision-makers understand the user’s perspective.
- Has experience working with customer journeys, service blueprints and prototypes.
- Are used to facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders through images, sketches and concrete examples.
The position requires that you undergo and be approved in accordance with the current security regulations. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, there may, where applicable, be a requirement for certain citizenship.
