Main responsibilities:

  • conducting user research (interviews, observations, analysis of customer behavior);
  • analysis and interpretation of customer feedback (CSI, NPS, reviews, complaints);
  • creation and updating of Customer Journey Map (CJM), process maps;
  • preparation and holding of working meetings, facilitation sessions;
  • visualization of research results and proposals (Miro, Figma or others);
  • coordinating actions with different teams to implement improvements in service processes;
  • control over the performance of one’s own tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Candidate requirements:

  • from 1 year of relevant experience;
  • higher education in marketing, sociology or related fields;
  • understanding of service design and customer experience principles;
  • knowledge of user research stages (interviews, observations, journey analysis);
  • experience in creating CJM, process diagrams and visualizations;
  • Proficiency in Miro, Figma or similar tools;
  • knowledge of the basics of customer experience analytics (CSI, NPS) and the ability to draw conclusions based on data;
  • ability to prepare and conduct facilitation sessions;
  • skills in clear communication, presentation and argumentation of proposals.
