Service Designer

We are looking for a person to join our team who not only sees the user, but also the service behind them; who not only fulfills needs, but also tries to understand what the real problem is that needs to be solved – and helps us plan it thoughtfully and well.

Your tasks will be:

• Discovering real needs  – you map and understand businesses’ digital challenges from field feedback, in-depth interviews and observations (not just questionnaires).
• Service and system development planning  – you work on program-related developments using design thinking and service design methodologies.
• Visualization and modeling  – you create service blueprints, journey maps, stakeholder maps and prototypes, and lead the related validation processes.
• Workshop facilitation  – You lead Lean Inception or co-creation workshops involving users, policymakers, and developers.
• Teamwork  – you work with product owners, UXers, developers and consultants to create meaningful, implementable and scalable digital solutions.
• Development of the SME DÁP platform  – you will take an active role in developing new functions, such as personalized tender monitoring, modules to assist with online official administration, and other digital services supporting businesses.

We are looking for you if…

• You have participated in larger projects and have at least 3 years of design experience. Do you have references from projects where you had to coordinate business, user and technology aspects at the same time?
• You confidently use the tools of design thinking, service design and agile product development.
• You are at home mapping complex service processes, coordinating stakeholder needs, planning and facilitating workshops, and developing service models, blueprints, or conceptual prototypes.
• You like to provide a framework and direction even in unstructured situations.
