Senior Service Designer

This is a very niche, high level role that is needed.**

Our client is looking to bring on 3 High level service designers in support of the Native App transformation to evolve the digital customer experience. These designers will be responsible for designing holistic services within specific strategic priorities or value streams. They will practice design thinking methodologies—framing the problem, discovering user insights, ideating, prototyping, evaluating, and iterating. Create journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, prototypes, and other deliverables to communicate service components. A key responsibility will be designing and facilitating ideation and alignment workshops with cross-functional teams.
