Responsibilities:
- Your work will involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of government.
- Work with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts.
- Have responsibility across complex services.
- Help set direction and embed good practice within teams.
- Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others.
Requirements:
- Relevant service designer work experience.
- Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions, related risks and any unresolved issues.
- Proficiency in designing interactive and technological solutions.
- Ability to design solutions integrating visual design, graphic representation and interface design.
- Proficiency in analysing, synthesising, and clearly explaining complex evidence relevant to users or a service, for example, large data sets.
