Requirements :

• More than 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience developing Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps, How to win, Value propositions, among other frameworks.
• Knowledge of the different methodologies to obtain and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Knowledge of Miro, Figma, Maze and prototyping tools (essential).
• Knowledge of Notion (desirable).

Functions :

• Creation and design of user flows and journeys.
• Definition of flow for a new service or improvement of an existing one.
• Knowledge and management in research of user/client needs applying qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Knowledge of techniques, principles of experience and usability for analysis of different service scenarios.
• Handling of tools such as Figma, InVision, Miro and Marvel.
• Generating insights, mapping experiences, organizing and structuring findings through customer journey maps and service blueprints.
• Focus on internal processes of the organization in view of initiatives for clients.
