Service Designer
Cbus Super Fund
As our Service Designer at Cbus, you’ll support business initiatives across research, Service Design, and Human-Centred Design with all levels of the organisation focused on targeted service improvements and innovations. *This is a 12 month, maximum term contract role – with view to permanency.
Day to day you’ll work closely with our member and employer servicing channels, leading and facilitating design sprints to identify complex problems and translate those concepts into designs. From there, you get to recommend changes that can be rapidly tested within the service channels to ensure desired outcomes achieved effectively.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have demonstrated and proven experience in a Design, Customer Experience, Strategic Design, Service Design or Human-Centred Designer role. You’ll be able to bring your experience facilitating cross-functional design sessions, building and delivering customer journeys/service blueprints and prototypes that enable rapid testing for effectiveness and supporting the execution of service delivery. You’re an analytical thinker with exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, being able to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations to your client group.
