Why we do this
How well do any of us really know what is going on in service design? The Salary(+) Report exists to change that: real experiences and real numbers, shared openly, so everyone can see the field as it actually is.
Knowledge is power. It sharpens career decisions, it exposes and closes inequality gaps, and a mature field needs its own report. We are in this together.

Eight designs, one look. The mission, the effort, the collective, the benchmark, the cheat code, the annual call, the invitation, and the contribution signal. Every design comes wide, square, and tall (4:5, for Instagram feeds), in dark and light: the preview shows one take, the buttons give you all six.

The mission
A more transparent and equal field. For posts and link previews.

The effort
The biggest collective effort in service design: a resource none of us could build alone. For posts that rally the community.

The collective
By and for service design professionals. For the we-are-in-this-together posts.

The benchmark
The industry benchmark on compensation, career paths, and the modern workplace. For posts that lean on what the report is.

The cheat code
The cheat code to service design careers: know your worth and make your next move the right one. For posts that promise the payoff.

The return
It's time again. The annual call, for launch-day posts when the survey opens.

The invitation
Help us build this together. The direct ask, November 1 to 30, in any ratio.

The contribution
I contributed, join me. Post it after you take the survey: it shows you did your part and invites the next one.
