The state of the Service Design job market as of March 18, 2020

The Service Design job market is evolving over the years. In this article we want to share what are the countries that offer the most service design jobs, which industries are more demanding of service design professionals and for which seniority level there are more demands.

Service Design Jobs by country

The data showing from where the different service design job posts come has been tracked since the start of this project. This means that the data is based on job posts from September 16, 2020 until March 18, 2020.

This means the country information is based on 1210 job posts.

Service Design jobs by seniority

The seniority level data has been tracked between January 21, 2020 until March 18, 2020. This means the seniority level information is based on 244 job posts.

Service Design jobs by industry

The data showing from which industries the service design job posts come from has been tracked since January 27, 2020 until March 18, 2020. This means the number of jobs by industry is based on 219 job posts.

A few notes about the data

The data we publish here isn’t perfect at all. It’s based on the service design job positions we were able to find in the previous weeks and months. Obviously we don’t speak every language in the world therefore, the data shown here is based on what we could find, and might not be an exact representation of the Service Design job market for your country.

Nevertheless, we believe the data we have gives already a good enough series of information for the service design job seekers around the world.

Finally, take into considerations that we aren’t data scientists or statisticians. We have just played with the data available.
