Service Designer

About the role

The relationship with our customers is the most important thing we have at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, and thus we work with the customer as a starting point in everything we do. We spend a lot of time acquiring valuable insight through analyses, measurements and user testing. Would you like to help turn everything we know into concrete measures to test and learn how we can create better customer experiences? Then this is the position for you.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team and design frictionless experiences for private and corporate customers. This will include facilitating workshops and other creative processes, as well as sketching solutions and creating prototypes.

During the working day, you will share experiences, solve problems and collaborate with the specialist area across teams, departments and the company.

Who are we looking for?

The person we are looking for has broad experience with user insight and user testing and is good at gathering and sharing insights with the team.

Otherwise, it is important that you;

• Has good communication and collaboration skills
• Is independent and self-driven.
• Sees the overall perspective and can help to shine a spotlight on user involvement and user needs in the organisation.

You must have higher education at university or college level or equivalent work experience in the subject. In addition, it is a big advantage if you have experience with design for different types of surfaces and hypothesis-driven development and testing.
