What you will do
As the Service Designer for Digital Sales & Service you will be part of creating the next generation of digital customer experiences towards B2B customers in the Nordics. Using your passion, expertise and understanding of customers and human behavior, you will:
- Uncover real customer needs through qualitative and quantitative measures, for all different users amongst our B2B customers – company representatives, employees, brokers, third parties and other relevant parties.
- Translate customer needs into outstanding concepts, desirable solutions and real business needs throughout the whole customer journey.
- Take an overall responsibility of customer experience for our digital service concepts in If Commercial.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers.
- Foster a customer-oriented culture in If Commercial through e.g. evangelizing user research and human-centered design.
- Be the customer’s biggest advocate in cross-functional teams and be part of a Service & UX design community within If.
Who you are
You are creative, daring and curious, and you thrive in a team-playing environment where we value openness, autonomy and transparency. You are a business-minded critical thinker, always questioning the status quo, and you have a passion for technology. You speak and write English fluently and we see knowledge in a Nordic language as a merit. In addition, you have:
- A background in service design, UX or concept development.
- Higher relevant education. Outstanding track record can compensate for educational experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with agile, user-centric, targeted and iterative work mode.
- Business acumen.
- Experience with insurance or other similar industries relevant, but not required.

Office location will be Oslo, Stockholm, Turku or Espoo, and some travelling within the Nordics will be required.
